About Us
Welcome to Inland Empire Energy
Founded by Sam Rios, our company began with a vision to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability across Southern California. Initially focusing on the Inland Empire, we quickly recognized the broader need for specialized energy and water compliance services.
In 2024, we transitioned into a corporation and pivoted to focusing on city energy and water compliance programs, such as the Energy and Water Efficiency (EBEWE) program. This evolution allowed us to support the city of LA in achieving their citywide sustainability goals.
In 2025, our reach extends into major California cities, including San Francisco, San Jose, and Berkeley. Our growth was driven by our commitment to excellence and the compliance experience of our founder, Sam Rios, who has a background in energy compliance programs in both San Francisco and Los Angeles.
